hello, no sleepers!
i am visiting with family this week, so this edition of NO SLEEP CLUB will be shorter than usual. i hope you’ll still find some things here worth your time, but i appreciate your understanding!
we’re moving toward the dog days of summer. august promises to be quieter as some of us are taking our vacations out of the city. but for everyone else who’s around, there’s still so much to do.
last week, i went to broadway by the boardwalk at clinton cove (in hudson river park) to see savy jackson (maybe happy ending, claire standby) ali louis bourzgui (the lost boys, david) perform live. sitting out on a blanket, we took in a perfect nyc night with a warm breeze, an incredible sunset over the hudson and talent you could only find in nyc. it’s what an nyc summer is all about. the event is happening again this week. you’ll find it below.
