• Wishlist data: places you save and share
• Chat messages: conversations with All-Knowing Orange, our AI concierge
• Event RSVPs: name, email, phone number, party size for event registrations
• Payment information: in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android); web subscriptions and physical-goods purchases by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers
• Communications: emails or messages you send to us

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, browser type
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps
• Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs
• Cookies: session cookies for authentication (we do not use advertising cookies)

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not access your device contacts, photos, or camera
• We do not collect precise GPS location (our map shows fixed venue locations)
• We do not use device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) for tracking

• Process event RSVPs and ticket purchases
• Power All-Knowing Orange AI recommendations based on your preferences
• Send you event invitations and platform updates (with your consent)
• Generate your public profile and shareable wishlist

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Public Profile

Your display name, username, bio, and saved places are visible on your public profile (juicy-nyc.com/username). You control what information appears.

3.2 Service Providers

• Supabase — data hosting and authentication
• Apple App Store & Google Play Billing — in-app subscription processing
• RevenueCat — subscription management and purchase validation (receives subscription/purchase data and an app user identifier)
• Stripe — payment processing for web subscriptions and physical-goods purchases (drops, tickets)
• Anthropic — powers the All-Knowing Orange AI concierge (receives your chat messages to generate responses)
• GoHighLevel — CRM and communications (receives name, email, phone for event communications)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications (receives device tokens only)
• Vercel — hosting

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active
• Chat messages: retained up to 12 months, then deleted
• Event RSVP data: retained 6 months after the event
• Payment records: retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
• Account deletion: personal data deleted within 30 days of request

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access, correct, or delete your data via profile settings

• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message
• Opt out of emails via unsubscribe links
• Opt out of push notifications via device settings

6. Data Security

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Row-level security on all database tables
• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth

7. Children's Privacy

Juicy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. AI Concierge (All-Knowing Orange)

• Your chat messages — along with relevant context from your saved places and profile — are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), to personalize answers
• Messages are stored for up to 12 months
• Chat content is not shared with other users
• Chat content is not used to train third-party AI models

9. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications about events, account updates, and curated content. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
