At the heart of the venue lies a custom-built, audiophile-grade sound system—a collaboration between Brooklyn-based artist Peter Brock and Parisian engineer Nicholas Badey of Audiohorn. This unique system seamlessly integrates cutting-edge audio technology with artisanal design, highlighted by Audiohorn’s signature x-shape horns. Honey's also operates as an fermentation space, producing small-batch natural wines and ciders. These creations are made using locally sourced fruits and herbs grown in its rooftop garden.
