*Honey’s is a cocktail bar, winery, and multidisciplinary event space situated at the intersection of Bushwick and East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.* Since its debut in 2016, Honey’s has established itself as a vibrant hub for New York’s creative scene. Musicians, artists, designers, filmmakers, and chefs are drawn to its eclectic programming, meticulously crafted beverages, and unforgettable events. At the heart of the venue lies a custom-built, audiophile-grade sound system—a collaboration between Brooklyn-based artist Peter Brock and Parisian engineer Nicholas Badey of Audiohorn. This unique system seamlessly integrates cutting-edge audio technology with artisanal design, highlighted by Audiohorn’s signature x-shape horns. Honey's also operates as an fermentation space, producing small-batch natural wines and ciders. These creations are made using locally sourced fruits and herbs grown in its rooftop garden. The fermentation program underscores Honey’s dedication to sustainability, craftsmanship, and local partnerships.
